Summary: TitleRiskScanner is built with privacy by design. We do not operate remote tracking servers, do not require user accounts, do not collect personal identification, and store all property portfolios strictly on your local device.
1. No Remote Data Collection
TitleRiskScanner ("the App"), developed and published by SachAI LLC, does not collect, transmit, harvest, or store any personal information, property search history, PIN entries, or usage analytics on any remote server operated by SachAI LLC. The App does not require user registration, account creation, passwords, or personal sign-in of any kind.
2. 100% Local Storage On Your Device
Any property addresses, Property Index Numbers (PINs), search history, notes, alerts, and saved portfolio watchlists you create within the App are stored strictly and exclusively in your private local SQLite database on your own physical hardware (for Windows desktop: %LOCALAPPDATA%\TitleRiskScanner\data\; for mobile devices: device-isolated local storage). This data is never uploaded, synced, or transmitted to SachAI LLC or any commercial third party, and SachAI LLC has no technical means or desire to access it.
3. Public County Records Lookups
To assess title risk, chain of title, taxes, and recorded liens, the App connects over secure HTTPS directly to publicly accessible county government portals and geographic information systems (GIS), including:
- Cook County Clerk Recording Division (CRS) & Cook County Assessor / Treasurer
- DuPage County Recorder, Assessor & Collector Portals
- Lake County GIS & Chief County Assessment Office
- Kane County GIS & DevNet Wedge Public Tax Rolls
- Will County & McHenry County Public Records Systems
- U.S. Census Bureau Geocoding Service
These search queries connect directly between your device connection and the respective public county servers. They do not pass through or route across any intermediary servers operated by SachAI LLC. SachAI LLC maintains no logs, search counters, or record of which properties you search or what findings are returned.
4. No Third-Party Tracking, Cookies, or Advertising
TitleRiskScanner does not embed third-party advertising SDKs, behavioral analytics (such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel), cookies, device fingerprinting, or cross-app tracking frameworks. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or disclose any user data to advertisers, data brokers, or any third parties.
5. Internet Connectivity & Carrier Rates
The App requires an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular) in order to query public county records in real time. Standard data usage or carrier charges may apply depending on your service plan. SachAI LLC is not responsible for any mobile or internet carrier connectivity fees incurred while using the App.
6. Children's Privacy
TitleRiskScanner is designed for adult homeowners, real estate investors, attorneys, abstractors, and property professionals. The App is not directed at or structured to attract children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
7. Policy Updates
If our data practices ever evolve in future major releases (for instance, if an optional encrypted cloud backup feature is introduced), this Privacy Policy will be updated on this page with a revised effective date prior to rollout.
